I went and bought my first jeep and she was absolutely amazing helping me get it! She is Very personable and easy to talk to and that made the whole process easy and fun! Thank you so much I’m so in love with the jeep☺️

Got everything done weeks ahead of schedule and we're beyond accommodating to my schedule. While we were there they were extremely professional and very communicative about what they were still working on and how long it would be. Once they were done it was simple getting the car back and being on our way. Not the old red rock Hyundai this is over the moon with how they handled the repair, the warranty company, and the communication to let us know what was going on.

Red Rock did a good job diagnosing the problem that a different Hyundai dealer could not figure out. They fixed it quickly after parts came in. My only complaint was that when they called to tell me my vehicle was ready and gave me the total they really should have mentioned the 2.9% credit card surcharge. I wasn't going to drive another 5 hour round trip to get my check book so I had to pay an extra $93 in surcharges just to use my credit card. Other than that I would have given them 5stars.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I'm recently divorved and been trying to build my credit after being a stay at home mom for 12 years. I first reached out last year and it wasn't the time for me to buy. Brandon would periodically check in with me. The manager Chad also reached out to confirm my appointment. I was discouraged and told him I think I should wait a couple months get my credit score up. He encouraged me to just come by and to stay optimistic. Brandon was not in, and I had the pleasure to work with Tim. I explained to Tim my situation and what I was looking for. However, instead of showing me a very used care with high mileage, that wasn't what he felt comfortable showing me knowing I needed something reliable. The first car he showed me was absolutely beautiful and low miles and had all the space I was looking for and great gas mileage. I went ahead and said let's see if I could get financed. I was expecting to walk away not approved, however they found a lendor for me who also would offer me a longer loan so my payments were as low as possible. Tim was also amazing to kill time with and so personable and a joy to chat with. Chad came by to congratulate me and it was just an amazing experience. Even the gentleman who did the contracts for me was amazing. He was great with my 6 year old who was getting impatient. I am so thankful I went to a dealership who made me feel comfortable and didn't push just to get a sale. So impressed. Thank you Red Rock Hyundai!

The staff was friendly, patient, & worked with all my questions & requirements for the purchase of a used hybrid vehicle. Stephanie was a fantastic sales rep. Shawn was the responsive & helpful manager. The showroom was inviting & comfortable. I felt in control of the process, with no pressure or intimidation. The only process that was even a bit difficult was trying to take in all the complicated information the finance manager presented me about add-on insurance options.

Brandon at Red Rock Hyundai was awesome to work with. He was super personable, helpful, and made the whole process really easy. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Definitely recommend working with Brandon if you’re in the market for a car!

My wife and I had to bring her vehicle in for some engine work. Thankfully it was covered by warranty. During the process of fixing the initial issue, more issues were discovered. Rocky however, was exceptionally helpful, professional, and friendly through the entire process. Thanks to her, we felt at ease while Red Rock Hyundai took care of our vehicle!

Tim did a fantastic job getting us into a new vehicle, good to work with throughout the process.

I can't give these guys enough compliments, esp. Brandon, our sales guy Supreme. He went above and beyond in every way, from helping us get a reasonable price on delivering our car to Arizona to even helping me out two weeks after we took delivery to try to help me out with a charging problem I was having. Also, I have to commend the guys for making the time spent on closing quick and easy (unlike the experience I had with Mazda, where they kept us at the dealership for half a day). Keep up the good work, guys!
