So my wife and we’re in the market for a new car we were actually only there to price check. However with the deal they gave me on my trade and them working for us to meet our needs and payment and financing things worked out really well for all of us we would like to thank our salesmen. We had a few bumps in the road during transport and they got right on the ball to have our car bumper repainted as soon as they could. They gave us a loaner car to help our situation and after pulling the right strings and talking to the right person we finally got our problems solved. The best advise I can give you is check your paperwork and get all deals written in writing and the reason for four stars is because of the lack of communication on the dealership as a whole it has taken over a month to receive our new car (hopefully in the next few days) but thanks to Mark a corporate manager he was able get the answers we were looking for and we feel like we got the best deal possible.

I purchased a vehicle here and was treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel like I was being treated with anything but respect by everyone at the dealership. The price was fair, and our salesman, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable about the car and its details. I made a great choice by coming to this dealership, and I got a great value and a pleasant experience.

Very good experience having the underbody protective plate replaced after running over a huge semi tire tread on our way home with our brand new Ioniq5 lease. Needed a charge to get back to the Roaring Fork Valley and was surprised at the high cost. I would think the dealer would provide free top-offs for customers.

Eli at Red Rock Hyundai helped us a lot. We did not feel pressured at all. We were particular impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of how to navegare thru Hyundai technology. We told him we wanted to close the deal sooner than 4 hours and he made it happen. Have to admit that when we walked into the sales department, we were a little skeptical, because were not there necessarily to purchase or lease another vehicle but he made it easy for for us.
