Outstanding customer service! Joe and Chad went above and beyond to ensure that I left the dealership with just the right vehicle that would meet my needs. They were also very empathetic to my situation and met me where I was at with what I could do with finances.

I was in the middle of an 18 day long cross country road trip and they diagnosed my loss of power and blinking check engine light quickly and affordably!

Staff was very friendly and courteous. They got me in and out quickly.

I highly highly recommend red rock Hyundai!! We’ve bought 2 vehicles here now (neither of which were an Hyundai) and have had really great experiences. I highly recommend working with Brandon, Chad and Shawn. They have worked some magic for us here and are fair, and stay within budget and don’t try to push you into anything you’re not comfortable with! We made the mistake of going to another dealership first for our 2nd vehicle and should have known to go here first! We got a warranty on the pickup we got and I’ve had very positive experiences with their service department as well. I believe his name is Austin. They continue their great service and have helped with a wild situation we found ourselves in.. (it’s a ford MyKey thing) and although they couldn’t completely resolve it they researched what needed to be done, pointed me in the right direction and provided me with a second key so I can get full access back. I truly appreciate the help Shawn gave me, the research Austin did and the buying experience with Brandon and Chad! They are fantastic people and we will definitely be returning customers when it’s time for our next vehicle and when it’s time for our kids to get vehicles. Thank you so much!
