Had a flat tire and we came in before they closed and they were okay with changing it. Austin was helpful, respectful and understanding with our situation. I would definitely revisit for any Hyundai problems in the future while I’m in Grand Junction.

Great service! Communication lacked a little but the service guys were great to deal with. Everything was handled well despite the lengthy wait and communication/miscommunication.

I traded my 2015 4WD Ford Escape SE with 27K miles for a 2017 AWD Hyundai Tucson with 110K miles and they worked out a trade-in value and final sale amount that saw me pay less than $2K for the trade. I was very pleased and am very much enjoying my 2017 Hyundai Tucson as everything works and there are no active recalls, which could not be said for my Escape. They were also quick to find a recall and set up an appointment to remedy the recall, right away. Thanks Red Rock Hyundai for the newer ride with all the bells and whistles working and for working with me on the trade.

Service department is great. Sales not so much. John in service department is very knowledgeable and helpful.So I am giving service a 5 star and not sales

Red Rick Hyundai service staff were friendly, courteous and treated us with respect. We were there for a scheduled warranty recall issue. They had already ordered the necessary parts which allowed them to perform the needed service during that visit. We thought we’d have to come back but their people were right on top of it and saved us an extra trip. They are fabulous!!

John was super nice and pointed everything out to me in the waiting area, being it was my first time to Red Rock Hyundai. He kept me updated while the oil was being changed and about a recall.
